The Targeted Minor Home Repair Program assists homeowners who live in targeted areas within neighborhood strategy areas identified in the 2020-2024 KCMO Consolidated Housing and Community Development Plan. The program:
- makes grants mainly for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing and code violations.
- is available to homeowners making less than 80% of median income. Income chart here
- is available in the Westside, Midtown, Beacon Hill, Longfellow, Hyde Park, Squire Park and Northeast service areas Map
