Westside Housing Organization (WHO) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to perform home repairs to residential homes in the City of Kansas City, Missouri. City certified MBE, WBE, and Section 3 contractors are encouraged to bid.

PRE BID SITE VISIT
A site visit has been scheduled with a time and date and brief discussion of the items to be repaired at each site. Contractors must attend the Pre-bid to have their bid considered.

CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS
Each contractor submitting a bid for work must have the following copies in our office:

==> Contractor's KCMO Business License
==> Insurance (a minimum 1M)
==> W-9
==> Lead Certification

Also, as of April 2010 all contractors bidding repair jobs must be lead certified with a copy of their certification filed with WHO. The contractor must not appear on the Federal Excluded Parties List (debarred list).

BID SUBMISSION AND DEADLINE
All bids must be submitted with the grand total of the bid listed on the last page of the bid sheet. Bids must be submitted by Monday, June 21, 2010 @ 3pm. No bids will be accepted after this deadline.

BID ACCEPTANCE
It is the responsibility of Westside Housing Organization to review all bids and make the determination as to what bid or bids are qualified to build these jobs. Westside Housing Organization reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
